Ordered flowers 3 days before my occasion, and they we're outstanding! Beautiful arrangements, excellent communication with Sandra, she made sure I got exactly what I had envisioned. Thank you!

I ordered over the phone, she was busy & said if she could call me back within 1 hour and she did! Ordered a sympathy plant & I asked if she can write on the card in Spanish for me, no problem she said. Plant was beautiful & the message on card in Spanish just made it more special. It was just a small request but It meant a lot. Thank you so much!

Where do I start..... I live in San Diego, and I wanted to get my mother in law something special for Mother's Day but got super busy all week and forgot to order her flowers. Mother's Day is Sunday, now it's Friday and I'm searching on yelp for a reputable businesses that delivers flowers. None available. I'm bummed thinking it's not gonna happen because everyone's online delivery schedules are already filled up and they're sold out. I kept searching....I see a florist who has great ratings but you can't order online, you have to call. Thinking that most people nowadays don't like calling and that this might be my only chance, I called. The phone rang a few times and this lady regardless of what tornadoes they're dealing with at the time, (two days before Mother's Day) picked up the phone and she was as pleasant as ever. I asked if there was a chance of delivering flowers to Sun City the next day, and she said no problem! She asked me what my budget was, I told her, she said she would would send me pictures before they made the delivery! Sure enough, Sandra delivered exactly what she promised, and the flowers are seriously one of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever ordered. I work for Rolls Royce, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Bentley, and McLaren, the world of the highest level of customer service, and I can't tell you how impressed I am with the amazing service I received from Sandra and her staff. I'm telling everyone about this company and I hope your success is vast because of what you've provided during a super busy time, and with short notice. Thank you Sandra and Ayala's flower shop.

I needed a last minute arrangement- they were super helpful and great communication! They texted me a photo and delivery confirmation. The same flowers arrived and were loved by the recipient.

Oh my God. I am so glad I looked at the reviews for Ayala's. They really came though. Our dear friend lost her Mom and Ayala's really came though with a beautiful arrangement. Thank you so much Ayala's. I would highly recommend them.
